Role Description
This is a full-time role for an IT Support Specialist, based in Karāchi. Qualifications
Proficiency in Technical Support and Troubleshooting for various IT-related issues
Strong knowledge of Desktop Computers and Information Technology systems
Experience providing Help Desk Support and user assistance
Ability to quickly diagnose and resolve technical issues with a customer-focused approach
Good communication and interpersonal skills to engage with diverse teams
Adaptability to work in a hybrid environment with both in-office and remote responsibilities
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred
