At ABA Tech , our IT team plays a key role in keeping employees connected, productive, and supported across the U.S. and Medellín offices. We’re looking for a proactive IT professional who enjoys solving technical issues and delivering excellent user support.

What you’ll do

• Provide remote and onsite technical support for hardware, software, and connectivity issues
• Troubleshoot incidents and manage support tickets through resolution
• Support onboarding, user access, and device provisioning
• Manage IT assets including laptops, mobile devices, and peripherals
• Monitor systems, maintain documentation, and support compliance processes
• Deliver high-level support to leadership and key stakeholders
