BCIC Swiss GmBH | Best Connect International Company is seeking an on-site IT Support Specialist in Switzerland.

Responsibilities

1. Work with third-party vendors to resolve complex AV issues.
2. Provide timely updates on issue status and resolutions.
3. Maintain ticket updates for all incidents.
4. Install, upgrade, support, and troubleshoot Windows OS (XP, 7, 8.1, 10) and Microsoft Office 2010.
5. Support Cisco Jabber and basic Mac OS support for Apple PC users.
6. Support printers and computer hardware, perform preventative maintenance, and remedial repairs.
7. Use diagnostic tools to troubleshoot network connectivity and hardware/software issues.
8. Have a broad understanding of IT, including networks, servers, AV, smart devices, and telecoms.
