IT Support Specialist

Job Description:

• Integrate Systems (both externally procured or internally developed) into the company's operations.
• Be the first line of support for IT related concerns within the system.
• Coordinate with IT vendors (both software and hardware) for the company's IT requirements
• Prepare and execute back-up procedures for data servers of the company.
• Prepare or keep up to date Process Flow Charts of the company with the help of the different department heads.
• Ensure that all computers and networks are running smoothly.
• Work alongside other departments to pin-pint future IT requirements to improve the operations of the system.

Qualifications:

• Graduate of IT Related Course (BS Computer Science, BS Information Technology, BS Information Science, BS Data Science and the likes)
