What you're going to do
We are looking for an addition to our interdisciplinary and international Service Desk team at our headquarters in Zurich. In this role, you are the first point of contact for IT queries from our employees at all locations worldwide. You will make a significant contribution to high service quality and customer satisfaction and ensure compliance with our service levels. In close cooperation with experienced system administrators and engineers, you will continuously deepen your expertise in modern technologies.
