We need you for an exciting IT support role based in Greenland
NTT DATA Business Solutions is looking for a new colleague to join our team in a full-time position located at Royal Greenland’s office in either Nuuk.
You will be employed through NTT DATA Business Solutions – an international and fast-growing IT company with more than 5, customers worldwide. In the Nordic region, we are approximately engaged colleagues working across borders to deliver innovative and reliable IT solutions.
About the Position
You’ll be part of the Service Desk team supporting Royal Greenland – one of our key customers in Greenland. Please note that housing is not provided with this position.
Your responsibilities include:
1st and 2nd level support together with two colleagues in the local Service Desk team
Providing support via email, phone, and face-to-face
