IT Support Specialist

Job Description

As an IT Support Specialist, you will support the computing needs of Gading Kencana Sdn Bhd group of companies. Your responsibilities would include but not limited to the following:

Key Responsibilities:

• Technical Support: Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve hardware, software, network, and peripheral issues (printers, scanners, laptops) for staff.
• System Maintenance: Install, configure, and upgrade operating systems (e.g., Windows), software applications, and network infrastructure and cloud migration where applicable
• User Administration: Set up new user accounts, manage permissions, and assist with onboarding. provide support in a face-to-face capacity, over the phone, or via remote desktop software, helping staff or clients set up systems or resolve issues
