It support & systems administrator

About the Role Maxima Apparel is a licensed sportswear company with about 800 employees in our Westbury, NY headquarters and additional offices in Mexico City, India, Egypt, and China. We're hiring a Systems Administrator to take full ownership of IT operations in our Mexico City office , reporting directly to the CTO. The most important part of this job is taking care of our people. When someone has a problem, you fix it quickly and completely. When a new hire starts, their equipment is ready, their accounts work, and they feel like someone has their back from day one. When something breaks, you're already on it. That reliability and responsiveness is the foundation of everything else in this role. Beyond daily support, you'll also own the care and maintenance of our on-prem infrastructure and participate in larger projects with CTO direction. Some days you're helping someone get set up with a new laptop. Other days you're replacing drives in a server rack, running cable for new acces...
