                    A technology-driven educational platform is looking for an IT Support / Systems Technician to provide technical assistance and support for users and systems. The role requires strong troubleshooting capabilities, experience with Windows OS and Microsoft 365 services, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment. Ideal candidates will have 2–5 years of relevant experience and excellent communication skills. This position is critical to maintaining and improving our IT infrastructure and support services.
