**PURPOSE / SCOPE**



The IT Support Technician is responsible for providing workstation/PC hardware installation, configuration and maintenance; supporting user applications and troubleshooting; executes touch labor tasks; and other duties as assigned all while ensuring successful performance and compliance with Performance Work Statement (PWS), Program, USG, and international requirements and guidelines.
