We are currently seeking an IT Support Technician, working within a small IT team responsible for IT resources across multiple locations. The successful candidate will be responsible for:Desktop support on a day-to-day basis. This will include maintenance, troubleshooting and repair of software and hardware including desktops, laptops, printers and phone systems;Ensuring that IT services are provided at the expected and defined level, as well as providing ongoing IT support to all Nautel users. This ongoing support will include equipment provision, changes required, training experiences, communication, documentation and ad hoc requests;Dependent on the individual, the role may include maintenance of business software, systems and databases used within the Departments at Nautel.
