IT Support Technician (Portuguese, English)

This is a remote position.

We're looking to hire a self motivated, hardworking, IT Support technician.

Role consists of providing online (as in opposite of on site) T1/T2 support to customers and sometimes company users in spanish. Via email/online meets, IM and phone calls. You will also be in contact sometimes with Vendor’s support

Requirements

Required skills

- Oral and written english and Portuguese (technical oriented at least). Spanish is a Plus.

- Understanding of computer hardware, and networking.

- Basic knowledge of Mac OS X and Linux (servers) distros.

- Experienced with Microsoft Windows workstations and servers (and their services).

- Experience listening and troubleshooting end user’s issues.
