IT Support Technician

CTG is seeking a dependable and customer-focused IT Support Technician to provide hands-on and remote technical support for end users in a fast-paced environment. This role is ideal for a technology professional with strong troubleshooting skills, excellent communication abilities, and experience supporting Windows, Linux, and macOS systems.

**Key Responsibilities:**

+ Provide first-level and second-level technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, and peripheral devices
+ Troubleshoot hardware, software, operating system, and network connectivity issues
+ Install, configure, and maintain Windows 10/11, Linux, and macOS systems
+ Perform system upgrades, patch management, and hardware replacements including RAM and SSD upgrades
+ Support networking technologies including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and VPN connectivity
