Role Description
An IT Support Technician provides technical assistance to end-users, ensuring all hardware, software, and network systems function smoothly. This role involves troubleshooting technical issues, installing and configuring systems, maintaining IT equipment, and supporting day-to-day technology operations. The technician acts as the first point of contact for IT-related concerns and ensures minimal downtime for business operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide first-level technical support for hardware, software, and network issues
- Troubleshoot computers, printers, mobile devices, and other IT equipment
- Install, configure, and update operating systems, applications, and security tools
- Maintain and monitor IT systems, networks, and infrastructure
