Your mission

• Administer, maintain, and optimize Windows servers, hardwares, and related services.
• Manage and monitor Azure cloud services, MS Suites, and data center environments.
• Provide daily technical support to users, resolving issues through ticketing systems and direct assistance.
• Oversee network components, such as TCP/IP, DNS, and DHCP, ensuring stable and secure connectivity.
• Implement IT security practices and contribute to maintaining a secure infrastructure.
• Participate in IT infrastructure projects and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Document configurations, processes, and troubleshooting procedures.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business operations.
• Be the point of contact for external suppliers.
• Support the On- and Off boarding processes
