Job Description

In this technical role, you will be responsible for managing and securing our client's IT infrastructure, both on-premise and in the cloud as a Level 2 System Administrator, with a particular focus onsecurity and Microsoft 365 administration. You will work closely with their existing system administration function and collaborate with multiple partners to ensure that all IT solutions and services are fit for purpose. Additionally, you may be expected to take on a stakeholder role in technical projects as required.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Perform daily administration of IT systems, including servers, workstations, and network infrastructure.

  • Review health check reports, identify any issues, and troubleshoot with partners.
