Operational IT Support & Helpdesk

• Handling 1st and 2nd level IT support for the IronMaxx Group
• Receiving, processing, and documenting incidents and service requests via a ticketing system
• Direct user support, including:
  • Setup, maintenance, and troubleshooting of printers and peripherals
  • Configuration and support of end-user devices (Windows clients, notebooks)
  • General IT workplace support for employees
