Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain enterprise-level Workplace Technologies to ensure optimal according to the corporate standard and security policies.
• Create and manage and deploy Software Packages.
• Effectively utilizing Microsoft Intune for device and application management.
• Working in shift system with on-call service to provide global 24/7 support.
