Duties & Responsibilities

• Administer and manage Microsoft 365 services (Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, Intune) to support daily business operations and endpoint management.
• Manage and monitor Microsoft Azure infrastructure , including virtual machines, networking, VPN, NSGs, backups, and security policies.
• Support the implementation and enforcement of IT policies, compliance standards, and cybersecurity controls .
• Manage and maintain the company’s network infrastructure , including Fortinet firewalls, VPN tunnels, VLANs, and load balancers.
