Duties & Responsibilities
Administer and manage Microsoft 365 services (Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, Intune) to support daily business operations and endpoint management.
Manage and monitor Microsoft Azure infrastructure, including virtual machines, networking, VPN, NSGs, backups, and security policies.
Support the implementation and enforcement of IT policies, compliance standards, and cybersecurity controls.
Manage and maintain the company's network infrastructure, including Fortinet firewalls, VPN tunnels, VLANs, and load balancers.
Provide Level 2 technical support for escalated IT issues, guiding and assisting the Level 1 IT support team.
