Job Summary

The Systems Support Technician is responsible for supporting and maintaining in-house IT systems/HRIS, technology equipment, and IT assets. The role ensures optimal system performance by monitoring business-critical systems and providing timely technical support, installation, configuration, troubleshooting, repair, and upgrades of corporate hardware and software.

Key Responsibilities

Helpdesk Support

• Answer internal inquiry respond to technical support requests
• Provide first-level troubleshooting, problem resolution, and user guidance
• Support users for HIRS systems and IT Systems
• Troubleshoot issues related to iPad/ASAP, AS400, WMS, Mac, PC, and related applications

System Management

• Monitor business systems to ensure availability and functionality
