Job Description
- Comprehensive understanding of network architecture and client/server technology
- Hands-on experience with Windows Server/ Desktop OS environments
- Ability to perform remote troubleshooting and resolution.
- Coordinating with IT vendors for support activities & projects
- Knowledge of O365 & Azure
- Attending calls from retail stores and back office, resolve minor problems via phone or remote support and coordinate with application team to resolve issues with the defined SLA.
- Support, monitor, maintain / replace and enhance the existing attendance system to accurately capture attendance and report into the central attendance system including coordination of development of interface from attendance system to HRMS.
