Responsibilities

Zoho One Administration (Core Responsibility)

• Administer the full Zoho One ecosystem, including but not limited to:
  

• Zoho People, Zoho Books, Zoho CRM, Zoho Desk, Zoho Projects, Zoho Analytics, Zoho Creator, Zoho WorkDrive
  

• Configure and manage:
  

• User accounts, roles, permissions, and access controls
  

• Workflows, automations, and approval processes
  

• Maintain data integrity, backups, and audit trails across all Zoho applications
  

• Manage integrations between Zoho apps and third-party platforms
  

• Support system optimisation, documentation, and user adoption
