It systems administrator - part time

System Administrator We are looking for a highly motivated System Administrator to join the IT team at Nordic. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the stability, security, and performance of our systems and end-user environments.
You'll play a key role in maintaining and improving our IT infrastructure while delivering exceptional support to employees. This is a hands-on position ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys solving technical challenges.

On-site role – Office located in Querétaro

Responsibilities
Manage IT inventory, including procurement, tracking, and lifecycle management
Provide help desk support as part of the Systems & Security team
Administer core systems (email, CRM, intranet, and related tools)
Manage user access and security configurations across platforms
Deliver end-user support (in-person, phone, chat, and ticketing systems)
Perform hardware setup, maintenance, and deployment
