Location: Dyna (primary), supporting Rooftop Energy
Reports to: CEO (Dyna)
Type: Full-time

Context

You’ll be the IT systems owner across two companies: Dyna (Staff across KL and Sabah) and Rooftop Energy (Technology company). Dyna focuses on energy solutions and business operations; Rooftop builds software and hardware products. Different needs, shared infrastructure where it makes sense.

What you’ll own

• Device lifecycle management: procurement, provisioning, maintenance, retirement (MacOS, Windows, mobile devices)
• SaaS management: licenses, access control, vendor relationships
• User support: onboarding/offboarding, helpdesk, troubleshooting
• Network infrastructure: office networks, VPN, connectivity for Sabah office
• Security baseline: MFA enforcement, password policies, device security, basic compliance hygiene
