The IT Systems Administrator role supports our Tokyo Shinkiba and Heiwajima sites. The focus is on keeping IT operations running smoothly, ensuring reliable digital solutions, and collaborating globally to deliver secure and efficient technology. It’s a hands-on position in a fast paced environment—perfect for someone who enjoys solving problems and making an impact!

**Key Responsibilities**

+ Act as the primary IT contact for both sites, managing communication and escalations.
+ Coordinate with global and local teams to deliver consistent technology services.
+ Lead delivery of all site IT functions: end-user support, infrastructure, business applications, and GxP compliance.
+ Solve hardware, software, and network issues; handle procurement and device life cycles.
