We are seeking a highly skilled and forward-thinking
IT Systems & AI Integration Specialist
to manage, maintain, and evolve our IT infrastructure, Microsoft 365 environment, and CRM systems. This role combines hands-on technical support with strategic responsibility for system optimization, AI adoption, and future platform development.

The ideal candidate is comfortable owning end-to-end IT systems, proactively introducing new technologies, and adapting our digital environment to emerging AI tools and business needs.

Key Responsibilities

IT Infrastructure & Systems Management

• Manage and maintain company servers, networks, and core IT infrastructure
• Administer and optimize Microsoft 365 (Exchange, SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, security & compliance)
• Ensure system reliability, performance, data security, and backup/recovery procedures
