IT Systems & Cloud Administrator

About the Role  

You‘ll own a broad mix of cloud administration, endpoint management, and security operations responsibilities across multiple client environments. This is a hands-on role — you‘ll be the person who keeps systems running, deploys tooling, writes documentation, and supports internal and client-facing infrastructure. You‘ll work closely with the Poindexters Lab team in a fully remote setting. 

What You‘ll Do  

Endpoint & Identity Management  

• Configure and manage Microsoft Intune MDM for Windows and macOS devices across client tenants 
• Build and maintain Autopilot deployment profiles, compliance policies, and update policies 
• Package and publish applications via Intune, Company Portal, and PowerShell 
• Deploy Wi-Fi profiles, printers, and scripts to managed devices 
• Configure SSPR, LAPS, and device group management ...
