IT Systems Engineer

Overview We are seeking an experienced IT Systems Engineer to support and maintain a modern hybrid IT environment. This is a hands-on role focused on identity and access management, endpoint administration, SaaS application support, and day-to-day IT operations. The successful candidate will work closely with internal teams to ensure systems remain secure, reliable, and efficient while supporting users across a growing organisation. Key Responsibilities Manage user accounts, permissions, and access across Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Google Workspace, and business applications. Administer endpoint management platforms, including device enrolment, software deployment, and security policies. Support Single Sign-On (SSO), identity federation, and authentication services across SaaS applications. Manage user onboarding and offboarding processes.
