Purpose
The Systems engineer's role is to install, design, administer and optimise company servers and related components to achieve high performance of the various business applications supported by tuning the servers as necessary.

360% Survey Review - Survey submission to 10 Clients.
Environmental Management controls - Environmental Infrastructure managed according to standards and procedures.
Personal Development and training - Training attended and exams completed for passed: Selected training as per CDP Plan, and as approved and contracted by HR.
Ticket SLA Management - ≥ 95% of every month's tickets to be completed within the agreed SLA.
IT SLA's overall per Annum - Technical Team SLA Performance over the period of evaluation.
BIT performance, Uptime and Recovery.
BIT Tickets SLA.
