· Winter: 7:00 PM to 4:00 AM

We are looking for an enthusiastic and eager-to-learn IT Systems & Support Engineer. This role involves providing technical support and assistance to our internal teams and US-based clients. • Provide first-level IT support for hardware, software, and network issues on Windows and macOS systems
