IT Systems Specialist, Senior

We are currently seeking a Senior IT Systems Specialist, working within a small IT team responsible for IT resources across multiple locations. The successful candidate will be responsible for:

• Desktop support in an overflow capacity, as needed. This will include maintenance, troubleshooting and repair of software and hardware including desktops, laptops, printers and phone systems
• Ensuring that IT services are provided at the expected and defined level.
• Providing ongoing IT support to all Nautel users
• Provisioning new users with appropriate equipment as defined by IT services
• Processing & documenting changes required with employee changes
• Acting as the IT Lead on business and IT specific projects
