Responsibilities:
Act as the first point of contact for IT support issues, escalating where necessary.
Troubleshoot and resolve incidents related to laptop hardware, Microsoft Office 365, Windows OS, printers, network connectivity, and other core systems.
Provide support remotely, over the phone, and in person when required.
Assist in maintaining and updating IT documentation, asset records, and support procedures.
Help achieve companywide ISO 27001 accreditation.
