Your Key Responsibilities
Provide user-level IT support, assisting colleagues with technical issues in a friendly and patient manner

Support network management tasks and ensure smooth internet connectivity

Assist with data management activities and contribute to maintaining system reliability

Manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced support environment

Your Qualifications
Minimum of 12th grade education and/or a technical course in a technological field relevant to IT
