A Singapore based IT solutions provider is seeking an IT Support Specialist to provide daily operational support to users. Key responsibilities include assisting with desktop and mobile device issues, installing software, and ensuring the smooth functioning of IT systems. The ideal candidate should have a diploma in IT, 2-3 years of experience in a corporate IT support role, and strong communication skills. Familiarity with O365 and Windows environments is a plus.
