Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for an IT Talent Recruiter. The role is based in Klang Valley, with a mix of office work and remote work flexibility. Responsibilities include sourcing, attracting, and recruiting top IT talent by utilizing diverse recruitment channels and tools. The IT Talent Recruiter will collaborate with hiring managers to understand recruitment needs, screen and interview candidates, manage end-to-end recruitment processes, and ensure a seamless candidate experience.
Qualifications
Strong understanding of IT roles, skills, and technologies relevant to the industry
Skills in sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates using various platforms and methods
Recruitment experience, including conducting interviews and managing end-to-end hiring processes
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills
