IT Team Leader

We are looking for an experienced and hands-on IT Team Leader to oversee and guide our onsite IT team in Cavite. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in IT operations, strong leadership skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. This role requires a balance of technical expertise and people management, ensuring smooth IT support, project implementation, and system reliability.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor the onsite IT support team, ensuring timely and effective resolution of technical issues
• Plan, coordinate, and implement IT projects aligned with business goals
• Oversee hardware/software maintenance, upgrades, and system configurations
• Troubleshoot escalated issues related to LAN/WAN, iOS/Windows systems, printers, and other network equipment
• Manage and maintain network equipment including Cisco and Meraki devices
• Coordinate with other departments and vendors for IT-related needs
