Experienced in PC hardware & software installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
Transaction activity and server monitoring for any interference, spike, or downtime.
Perform routine technological system support and maintenance.
Database query and perform investigation and troubleshooting of transaction activities.
Report, correspond, and follow up using support ticketing system.
Provide technical support to users and customers care.
Able to work 24x7 shirt rotation, 12 hours shift.
Educational Requirement:
Minimum Diploma with 2 year of working experience in related IT Support field.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in IT Support field, nny network, or IT field related certificates, AWS or Google administrators, are added advantage.
