IT Technical Analyst (AMK) Contract up to 5000

Responsibilities:

·       Work very closely with the business and function leaders to provide IT guidance and assistance to support their business requirements

·       Recommend and implement good and constructive suggestions/improvements to improve productivity/effectiveness/cost-saving and/or help business win

·       Educate and enforce the users on our company IT policies and guidelines set out for our environment

·       Responsible for L2/L3 technology support including troubleshooting of Microsoft applications and client platform relation problems, including PC, Printers and Peripherals

·       Follow established procedures to promptly respond to incident and service request, these can come in form of incoming phone calls, walk-up or web-submitted IT tickets
