Responsibilities

• Administer all IT systems and recommend efficient modifications to improve efficiency and reduce cost of operations.
• Provide advanced technical expertise and resolve high‑priority issues across technology domains.
• Serve as Level 2 support for internal customers with issues related to IT infrastructure and application services.
• Perform system monitoring, audits, and updates to ensure proper functioning of IT systems.
