Location:  Edmonton, AB (Onsite – 5 days/week)
Duration:  Approx. 6 months (extension possible)
Start Date:  June 2026 (Tentative)
Project Overview 
The Modernization of Operations Initiative  aims to transform manual, paper-based, and inefficient service delivery processes within PSES. The project focuses on leveraging AI, automation, and emerging technologies  to improve efficiency, enhance data quality, and support better decision-making.
This initiative aligns with:
Government of Alberta’s Digital Strategy 
Red Tape Reduction Initiative 
PSES IMT Strategic Plan
