Job Description

We are seeking a proactive and technically competent IT Technical Support Executive to support and maintain the organization's IT infrastructure, systems, and end-user environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for troubleshooting, system administration, cybersecurity monitoring, and participation in IT projects to ensure stable and secure IT operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide hardware and software troubleshooting for desktops, laptops, servers, and applications.
• Perform day-to-day operational support for IT infrastructure, including network, wireless, servers, and end-user systems.
• Monitor and maintain physical, virtual, and cloud server environments, including storage and backup systems.
• Conduct daily server health checks and scheduled monthly/quarterly maintenance.
