Job Purpose
Provide enterprise-level assistance to our user. You will diagnose and troubleshoot software and hardware problems and help user to install applications and programs. Monitor and maintain the computer systems, Server, and networks of an organization. You will be installing and configuring computer systems, diagnosing hardware and software faults, and solving technical and applications problem.
Job Requirements:
Install and maintain IT hardware, infrastructure, and services.
Oversee network, server, and workstation maintenance and troubleshooting.
Monitor computer networks for security issues and breaches.
Install security measures and software to protect systems.
Work with security team to test and uncover network vulnerabilities.
