A. IT Infrastructure & Systems Support

• Provide direct support for automation controls and the entire IT infrastructure that supports our Warehouse Management System (WMS), including network connectivity, servers, and related hardware
• Responsible for the local setup, configuration, and ongoing performance monitoring of the WMS, ensuring it operates efficiently and meets the demands of our cold storage operations.
• Actively support WMS data accuracy and ensure real-time stock updates, troubleshooting any issues that compromise data integrity or system synchronization.
• Work closely with the Group Shared Services ICT department and external vendors to ensure the overall stability and reliability of all facility-specific IT systems and the first line of defense for troubleshooting protocols when issues arise.
