Job Description

We are looking for an IT Technical Support professional with 4-6 years of experience for a Contractor position in Western Cape. Join us and be responsible for daily analysis, technical support, reporting, and automation tasks.

Duties and Responsibilities:



  1. Daily Analysis & Monitoring Intelligence

    • Analyze alarm trends, patterns, and correlations

    • Detect anomalies and provide proactive insights

    • Engage domain teams for remediation



  2. Technical Support & Engineering

    • Level 2 fault diagnosis and advanced troubleshooting

    • Configure alerts, design automation use cases

    • Support integration of new systems
