About IT Support / Systems Technician

The IT Support / Systems Technician is responsible to provide technical support, maintain systems and networks, and assist with the ongoing improvement of our IT infrastructure. This role bridges frontline support and systems administration, requiring strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to work independently on moderately complex technical issues.

II. Key Duties & Accountabilities

Technical Support

• Provide Tier 2 support for desktops, laptops, mobile devices, printers, and peripherals
• Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues
• Escalate complex problems appropriately while maintaining ownership through resolution
• Support users via in-person, phone, email, and remote tools

• Install, configure, and maintain Windows/macOS systems
