Provide timely communication on issue status and resolution to customers and ensure satisfaction.
Maintain a thorough understanding of Fireclay Corporation services, customer IT environments, and troubleshooting practices to effectively support clients in the ICT sector.
Collaborate with team members to enhance knowledge and drive efficiency within the support process.
Educational Qualifications: Minimum Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
Experience Level: Less than 1 year of professional experience in an IT support role.
