Job Description
The IT Technical Support role is responsible for providing technical assistance, troubleshooting, and resolving hardware, software, and network-related issues for end-users or customers. This position ensures smooth IT operations by maintaining systems, assisting with installations, and offering guidance on technology use.
Key Responsibilities:
Troubleshooting & Issue Resolution
- Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network problems ( PCs, printers, servers, email, OS errors).
- Provide remote or on-site support for technical issues.
User Support & Training
- Assist employees/customers via phone, email, chat, or in-person.
- Guide users through step-by-step solutions and provide basic training on IT systems.
System & Software Maintenance
- Install, configure, and update operating systems, drivers, and applications.
