1. Daily Analysis & Monitoring Intelligence
   • Analyze alarm trends, patterns, and correlations
   • Detect anomalies and provide proactive insights
   • Engage domain teams for remediation
2. Technical Support & Engineering
   • Level 2 fault diagnosis and advanced troubleshooting
   • Configure alerts, design automation use cases
   • Support integration of new systems
3. Reporting & Analytics
   • Weekly, Monthly, and Quarterly technical reports
