IT Technical Support Staff

Generally requires technical skill in troubleshooting, installation, and configuration of computer applications, and computer hardware, networking equipment, telephone systems equipment, CCTV equipment, use and calibration and tools used for troubleshooting, ability to assess hardware and software requirements of end users, and should also be able to translate the technical functions of the job to required documentation.
